What kind of tasks can I request?
We will help you edit your videos and any graphic design that you need, with a few exceptions. The finished video must be less than 30 minutes; you can always ask for a custom upgrade to extend this.
What do you mean by unlimited?
You can ask for as many or as little video edits and graphic design tasks as you need. In order to ensure the quality of work, we will have to work on one task at a time. Once we finish each task you sign off on, we will start the next task you request. Our working days are Monday thru Friday.
How do I request a new task?
After you sign up we will create your own Client Portal on our website and schedule a short onboarding meeting to explain how everything will work.
